Panchal Samaj Madhyavarti Mandal is a society registered under Society Registration Act 1960 and it is a Public Trust comprising eminent individuals from Panchal Samaj of Hindu Religion. TheTrust is established in 1960 with an objective to provide all possible assistance to the young coming generation of Panchal Samaj for their allround development. Panchal Samaj is spread over western seashore of Mumbai, Thane and Palghar District up to Surat in Gujarat. It consists of business minded people who are entrepreneur owners of small scales industries and industrialist.

Through economic, social, cultural, educational development of coming young generation is a prime objective of the Trust, the Trust started thinking of widening the scope of its objective of allround development to accommodate people outside the Samaj and bring them in the main stream of society by their individual development.

As a result of this visionary through the Trust decided to open an Institute of Higher Education to cater the need of education of young generation in general and Panchal Samaj in Particular.

Commensurate with this newly adopted aim and objective of the Trust, it purchased a piece of 2 acre land in Tembhode Village of Palghar Tahsil in 1983 and constructed all comprehensive beautiful building for exclusive education purpose.
